I usually have this for breakfast mixed with either the Organic Almond Powder or High Calcium Oat Milk Powder. The former added for taste the latter added if I wanted to fill my stomach better so I won't be hungry too soon. The drink is also smooth and not so lumpy an i used the free shaker bottle from Signature Market even until now.

Tastes good

Tastes good, easy to drink. Just need to add hot water. Hopefully the healthy side benefits will kick in for the long run.

Definitely has that earthy beetroot taste, I usually drink this for breakfast and it's surprisingly filling but personally doesn't last up to 4 hours. If I take this around 9am...then by 11am, I'll be hungry. Otherwise, it makes a good filler when your stomach's crying out for food, and you don't want to get gastric pains. PS : If you suffer from GERD, it might not be a good idea to drink this. It makes you bloated.
