Although slightly rarer than its yellow counterpart, black soybeans are similar to yellow soybeans in terms of most nutrients. However, it does pack a punch in terms of phytonutrients, including antioxidants and contains a high amount of protein needed for a healthy diet. That brings its protein higher than chicken meat, eggs and milk! This amazing source of plant-based protein also has anti-aging properties, supports heart health and aids in lowering cholesterol in the blood too.
