Therefore, it only makes sense to start your day right with a highly nutritious blend of whole grains which contain the three macronutrients necessary for a healthy diet, namely protein, carbohydrates and fats. Made with a healthy blend of soy beans, cereal and grains, this beverage is suitable for all age groups and as a plus point, is also vegetarian and vegan-friendly. No artificial colourings or preservatives and no lactose, just pure soy and cereal goodness.

1. Soy is a good dairy replacement and vegan-friendly source of protein and calcium. It’s lactose-free making it suitable for those with lactose intolerance. Soy has also been found to help lower cholesterol and subsequently reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases. It’s also low in saturated fat, high in dietary fibre, manganese and thiamine (important for muscle and nerve function and energy for cells).
2. Black sesame seeds are good sources of fibre with the ability to lower cholesterol and blood pressure levels. It is also an excellent source of B vitamins and contains pinoresinol which helps regulate blood sugar. It may also help to balance hormones for women going through menopause.
3. Walnuts are rich in vitamin E and Omega-3 which helps to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease as well as alleviate joint pain and stiffness. It also contains melatonin that may help individuals with sleep issues. This brain food may also help alleviate some symptoms of depression and other mental health issues.

Usage Directions

Wasn't sure what to expect with this, but boy did I NOT regret buying this especially after going through bad indigestion/gastritis...this was the perfect light meal for me and I quite enjoyed the taste.
