Would have preferred no sugar added to Cranberry

I am pleased with the quality of my food purchases. However, I was a little disappointed to find that Sugar was added to the Cranberry as someone who is trying to avoid processed sugar. I wrote prior to purchases asking if there was sugar added to the dried berries on site and was told no sugar and preservatives were added, the CS person specifically mentioned 'strawberries' however I was asking broadly about all the berries. I went ahead with the purchase thinking ok no sugar added...just to add this : I can understand why sugar is added in Cranberry, as it is the case with most sold dried Cranberry due to it's sourness, it's just that I want to avoid processed sugar as much as possible.
