The papayas used for our Dried Papaya Slices are sourced from local farms in Johor, picked at their juiciest and ripest before being dried at low temperatures to preserve their nutrients and naturally vibrant vermillion hues without the use of any artificial colouring or preservatives so you get only the pure natural goodness of papaya.
