Despite its deceptively simple name, our Fish Crackers with Anchovies are composed of a sea of delightful flavours and textures - sweet, savoury, umami, spicy and so addictively crispy it’ll have you dreaming of it long after the last bite. Each cracker is packed with the natural briny flavour of locally-caught fish, slow-baked for 40 minutes for an utterly crispy texture that’s to die for, tossed in a special secret sauce then topped off with crunchy baby anchovies for an extra dash of umami. What’s more, our fish crackers are made from more than 70% fresh fish paste, contain absolutely no preservatives or MSG and are low fat to boot at only 2.1g of fat per 100g! What’s better than a great snack? The feeling of not having to feel gill-ty for fin-ishing off a pack!
