Made from sourdough starter, our naturally-leavened cookies develop a light, crispy texture and intriguing tanginess that’s naturally enhanced with salt and nutty, heart-healthy sesame seeds for the perfect balance of flavours. Not only are these crackers made with organic ingredients and 100% vegan-friendly, but they’re also made with unbleached flour which has a lower glycaemic index compared to white wheat and whole wheat flours! A yummy mouthful isn’t all you’re getting with these tasty sourdough treats though as the sourdough culture fermentation process further breaks down gluten, improving gluten digestion while effectively lowering the glycaemic index of the crackers further.
