Old Ginger (老姜), Mugwort (艾草), Salvia Miltiorrhiza (丹参), Motherwort (益母草), Caulis Spatholobi (鸡血藤), Achyranthis Bidentatae (牛膝)，Radix Angelicae Pubescentis (独活), Radix Sophorae Flavescentis (苦参), Radix Angelicae Sinensis (当归), Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong (川芎).

Allergy Information
This product is not suitable for pregnant women, individuals who are menstruating, children below the ages of 12, those who suffer from dizziness, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, arterial occlusive disease of lower extremity, and individuals with leg injuries, sores and open wounds. For elderly folks over the age of 70, it is recommended to soak for not more than 15 minutes at a temperature of 40°C or below, and be accompanied while using this product.

Fragrant footspa

Buying this gave me an excuse to have a relaxing foot spa at home. The herbal smell is quite strong and may not be everyone's thing but I loved it.

The bags are nicely packed as a pair in plastic and paper. Once in the water it has a strong medicinal aroma ie. like Chinese medical hall. I agree with some other comments that the bag tend to tear easily in the water. When it is fully soaked it will bloat and looks very cute.
