Braised lion's mane mushroom

My first bite was the ginger, quite accidentally cos it looks similar to the mushroom 🤣 the vinegar was a bit strong, the dish too sweet for me, but overall it's definitely a culinary experience. My first time trying out vegetarian dish like so. I'd probably not try it again, but I think many people could get to like it.

东西是不错，蛮好吃的，但是就是醋的问题，我和家里人试了都觉得醋的味道不对，吃了带有一点点的苦味，可是总的来说，菇还是好吃的，也可能是这个醋不适合我吧，一般上我都觉得中国浙醋比较好吃
