This is beautiful, dark, raw honey with a rich flavour and medium syrup type flow. Being an exotic, raw honey with absolutely no additives, it's quality and taste is far superior to the cheap brands which have been highly processed with additives and sugar added. I have always used pure Australian Manuka honey, from the supermarket, and I've found this as high quality but with far better value for money. The Australian honey, though pure, has been processed and isn't a true raw honey. The only honey above this in quality and value are the raw Manuka honeys, from New Zealand, and these raw, imported honeys are far, far, far more expensive.
