Convenient to prepare and tasty too

If you need some rice but lazy to prepare the ingredients, this is a good choice. I just heat it up in the microwave for 2 min and it's ready to serve. If you prefer slightly dry texture, suggest to re-fry it and add some seafood.

Microwave it!

I personally prefer it on the drier side. After boiling the packet, the rice is too wet and lumpy to my taste. Then, I microwaved the same serving for like about 2 minutes so that the moisture can evaporate; which the rice became less lumpy. Much better! Cooking method aside, it is actually quite tasty! :)

Rice is very fragrant with the dried shrimps. Very spicy and salty. Hope can reduce the salt and reduce the wetness of the rice.
