Oh noes. This has a laxative effect on me. Drank just before going to bed. Next morning woke up 2 hours before my alarm rang, tummy was hurting like I wanna cry. Went to toilet, then 5 minutes later ran to toilet again. I’ve consumed 4 sachets so far. Today I took it in the morning. True enough, within 5-6 hours my tummy started to hurt and I ran to the toilet. Hurt like I wanna cry again. Then 5 minutes later, ran again for round 2. As for the taste, it’s surprisingly pleasant but a little too sweet for my liking. The shaker bottle was convenient, but kinda hard to see the ml marking though.

Help with constipation

This helps me much with bowel movement. I tried 1 sachet and the following day went to toilet with no problem but not giving a diarrhea kinda effect, just went smoothly. The taste is okay (what do u expect from this kinda natural & healthy product right- but my husband said taste is nice). I have consumed 3 sachet so far and 3 days straight I went to toilet happily.

HONEST REVIEW

I'm having constipation problem due to my unhealthy diet since many many years ago which also causes my weight gain, very bloated stomach due to improper body system. Though I started eating properly and exercising, I still have difficulties and thus still need to take either detox tea to correct myself. (I stick to 1 brand because other didn't work for my harsh condition~disclaimer:not harsh that i have to be under care of a doctor all time. It's just a very normal for me to have '2nd' once in two weeks). However, sticking to 1 brand (a detox tea) made me realize that I might become to dependent on that and afraid it will cause more problem in future. Also I realize that brand was 'harsh', it works well but made me dehydrated and still I can't do 2nd without taking the tea. So I opt to try this Fruit Fibre DX-Plus. Voila! When I tried this product I immediately fall in love after 2nd sachet because it works well with me. Honestly I felt like this product is much more 'softer' than previous brand and it's delicious. I'm not a nutritionist but it feels like I can rely with this. It feels like it's correcting my body and even though I didn't take it for few days, i can still do my 2nd with no problem. I have positive hope with this product. My goal is to find 'help' till I can manage my constipation issue 'naturally' and this product give me positive hope. Had repeat order because it is so effective. I took at night and next day feel so great to flush out everything without any struggle or pain! At first i was so worry it taste bad but surprised me it taste like fruits! Sweet and sour! Please offer an option which is in box or bag because i have too many shaker...

Effective and easy to drink

The product does a pretty decent job of cleaning out your system, and taste-wise isn't too bad. I do have a suggestion though - for those of us who are repeat buyers, perhaps offer an option which is boxed or in a packet format. I now have too many of the tumblers.
