The jackfruits for our Vacuum-Fried Jackfruit Chips are carefully selected and plucked only once they’re fully ripe, thus ensuring its natural sweetness, nutrients and antioxidants are at optimal levels. Once peeled and ready, they are then vacuum-fried without any added sugar or preservatives to ensure they’re loaded up on all the health benefits and none of the artificial stuff.
