From the spice-infused Indian cuisine to the auspicious nuts favoured by Chinese and the sweet-savoury tidbits often found at every house during Raya festivities, we’ve got it all.
Fun fact: Chinese favour cashew nuts and melon seeds because cashew nuts (腰果, yāoguǒ) look similar to golden ingots while melon seeds 籽 [zǐ] are a symbol of abundance and fertility.

What Does This Taste Like?
Spicy, salty, nutty with an umami flavour from the unique blend of spices and nuts.

Health Benefits
1. Almonds contain the highest in calcium of all nuts. Almonds are also high in fibre, vitamin E and magnesium.
2. Broad beans are an excellent vegetable source of protein and fibre. Broad beans are also rich in both folate and B vitamins, which we need for nerve and blood cell development, cognitive function and energy.
3. Cashews are a great vegetarian source of copper, providing more of the mineral than most other non-meat sources.
4. Melon seeds are a rich source of a substance called citrulline, which has been found to reduce aortic blood pressure – ultimately protecting the heart.
