Bored of your everyday brew of chrysanthemum? Spice it up with our Acne Cleanse Chrysanthemum Tea blend which incorporates an earthy addition to our teahouse favourite - American ginseng. Taken on its own to increase energy levels as well as improve brain function, American ginseng can be quite heaty to the body. However, when added to cooling chrysanthemum tea, the effects take on another beneficial effect - that of cleansing the body of toxins that cause acne flare ups.

What Does This Taste Like?
Floral scent of chrysanthemum with an earthy sweetness from the American ginseng and licorice.

Health Benefits
1. Detoxifies the body to help improve complexion and clear acne.
2. Expels heat from the body and reduces the likelihood of contracting other illnesses such as coughs, fevers and colds.

Usage Directions
1. Place all the herbal tea ingredients into a pot of water (2 litres) and bring to boil on high heat.
2. Once the herbal tea has boiled, lower the heat and allow it to continue to simmer for another 15 minutes.
3. Serve hot or cold as desired. Chill in fridge if cold beverage is preferred.
