What Does This Taste Like?
An aromatic fish curry with a mild spiciness level that will be suitable even for kids. Rich with spices and just enough heat to make your mouth water instead of your eyes.

1. Chillies contain capsaicin that are often used for its analgesic properties and may help with weight loss. Chillies are also antioxidants and helps to boost immunity.

Usage Directions
1. Prepare the necessary ingredients as follows:
  • 1 kg fish (fillet or whole) or any desired seafood
  • 6 cloves crushed garlic
  • 30g freshly crushed ginger
  • 1 big onion, roughly chopped
  • 1.5 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 sachet Signature Market Fish Curry Powder
  • 2 ripe tomatoes quartered
  • 2 brinjals cut lengthwise into halves or quarters as desired
  • 6 ladies’ fingers/okra
  • 2 green chillies
  • Handful of tamarind, juice extracted
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • Salt
  • Chopped curry leaves
  • Chopped coriander leaves
2. Heat the pan and pour oil into pan.
3. Add garlic, ginger, onion and curry leaves into pan and fry till light brown and the ingredients release their aroma.
4. Add Signature Market Fish Curry Powder and stir until mixture is lightly browned/toasted.
5. Add green chillies, tomatoes, brinjal and ladies’ fingers.
6. Add tamarind juice and water then stir till incorporated.
7. Bring to boil then add coconut milk and stir well.
8. Add fish/seafood, coriander leaves and salt to taste.
9. Continue stirring till fish is cooked through.
10. Serve hot.
