We are back with another instalment of our #YogaWithSM workshop series!

This time round, we are collaborating with Unwind Studio for a 60-minute beginner-friendly session that integrates simple breathing exercises, yoga poses and guided meditation to help you reconnect from within. Have you ever noticed little chatters in your head throughout the day? Almost like a little monkey swinging from one branch to another and when this little monkey goes to bed, you get a sip of content. Well, this yoga session will help equip you with a the key tools to tame this little monkey within.
