As humans, it is completely normal to seek affirmation from others to make yourself feel better. Be careful not to associate yourself with negative nancies though. It’s crucial to be wise when selecting your circle.
But if you’re the type to constantly yearn for self-independence, try to focus on positive affirmations, thoughts and ideas for an overall healthier emotional mindset. Your thoughts can be quite a distraction, hindering you from accomplishing your personal goals, so keeping a positive mentality can truly help you.
