How to use it

♥ Diffuser

Use 4 drops of lavender , 4 drops of peppermint and 2 drops of lemon in diffuser to naturally freshen and brighten the atmosphere.

♥ Pillow Spray

2 tablespoons vodka/alcohol

Distilled water

10 drops of Lavender essential oils

Mix all of the ingredients together in a glass mixing bowl or jar, then transfer to a glass spray bottle. To use the spray, lightly mist a pillow a few minutes before bedtime for deep sleep.

♥ Headache Support Roller Blend

4 drops Lavender essential oils

4 drops Peppermint essential oils

4 drops Tea Tree essential oils

Add oils into 10 ml Roller bottle and fill rest of bottle with any carrier oil (sweet almond oil for etc) and you are ready to roll!

3/4 cup water

2 tablespoons vodka

Apply a mixture of tea tree oil and a carrier oil to your hair and scalp. Allow it to stay in your hair for 20 minutes. Massage it into your scalp and hair for a few minutes before rinsing.

15 drops Lemongrass essential oil.

1 tablespoons vodka/alcohol

3/4 cup water or lavender water.

Combine the mixture in a spray bottle, shake well, and spray as needed.
