Firstly, our Product Development Team oversees all our products and works on bringing in new and ever-so-delicious yet nutritious treats for you. From sourcing only the highest quality ingredients to ensuring the final products are in tip-top shape, this team is pretty much in charge of everything that goes into making us, Signature Market. Next, our Production and Logistics Team do all the baking and packing. They’re the backbone of our brand as they ensure all our snacks go through the necessary processes to come out yummy and fresh just for you. They work hard in safely packing your orders so they reach your hands in a timely and perfect manner. Our delivery time may take a little longer than expected but worry not as freshness in each pack is always guaranteed!



Our Customer Service Team works tirelessly to attend to all your needs and inquiries when shopping with us. Shopping online can get confusing at times so this team is dedicated to answering all your questions. You can reach out to us from Monday to Saturday between 9am to 5pm (except on public holidays) and we’ll be happy to help you the soonest possible to get your wholesome shopping experience going!



Meanwhile, our IT Team also works hand-in-hand in producing a seamless shopping experience just for you. This team is constantly keeping a lookout on our website to make sure of a smooth time when shopping online.
