Fried Chicken by Signature Market

Ingredients:
• 400g chicken
• Signature Market Meat Curry Powder
• Sesame oil
• 2 tbsp Signature Market Organic Less Salt Soy Sauce
• Vegetable oil
• Corn Flour
• Dried Chilli
• Garlic
• Spring Onion
• Bell Pepper
• Butter
• Signature Market Chilli Cheese Fish Skin
• Signature Market Salted Egg Fish Skin
• Signature Market Coconut Nectar Sugar
Directions:
1. Add 2 tbsp corn flour, a pinch of meat curry powder, sesame oil, 2 tbsp of soy sauce into 400g of chicken and mix well.
2. In a plate, put some corn flour and damped the seasoned chicken to batter the chicken.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a pot and put the battered chicken into it. Fry the chicken for about 6 to 8 minutes depending on the size of your chicken.
4. Once the chicken is starting to brown, take it out and put it aside for awhile.
5. Roughly chop the dried chilli, 1 clove of garlic, spring onion, and bell peppers. Crush some chilli cheese fish skin and salted egg fish skin.
6. Fry the chicken once again for about 1 minute to make it crispy.
7. After that, heat a pan, add some oil and a pinch of butter.
8. Add in all the chopped ingredients and let them sweat, then add the chicken, give it a toss and turn off the fire.
9. Add in the crushed fish skin and mix all the ingredients. Garnish with spring onion and sprinkle some coconut nectar sugar to give a hint of sweetness to the fried chicken. Enjoy!
