Ingredients:
• 2 packets Signature Market Curry Paste
• 500g Mutton
• Signature Market Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
• 2 Cinnamon Sticks
• Mustard Seeds
• Cumin
• Curry Leaves
• 2 tbsps Signature Market Organic Almond Powder
• Signature Market Anti-3H Rice
• 50ml Water
Directions:
1. Prepare a pot, add in the coconut oil and let it heat up a little bit. Add in two cinnamon sticks, some mustard seeds, cumin, and curry leaves then give them a small stir.
2. After that, add the mutton and add two packets curry paste, give it a stir.
3. Put in about 50ml of water and 2 tablespoons almond powder into the mutton curry to give the creamy texture to the curry. Cover the pot and let it cooked for 20 to 30 minutes.
4. Prepare the anti-3H rice with 1:1 ratio (1 cup of rice to 1 cup of water) and cooked it.
5. Once the mutton curry and the rice is cooked, they are ready to be served. Enjoy!
