Ingredients
• 1 cup of Signature Market Pumpkin Veggie Brown Rice
• 1 cup of Water
• Carrot
• Cucumber
• Signature Market Organic Black Sesame Seeds
• Signature Market Macadamia Trail Mix
• Signature Market Mala Salted Egg Seaweed Crisps
• Signature Market Salted Egg Fish Skin
• Signature Market Salted Egg Okra Chips
• Salt
• Black Pepper
• ½ tablespoon Sesame Oil
• 2 tablespoons Signature Market Organic First Draw Soy Sauce
Directions
1. Cook 1 cup of pumpkin veggie brown rice with 1 cup of water and put it in the rice cooker.
2. Chop the carrot and cucumber into small pieces.
3. Add the cooked rice into a big bowl. Remember not to put the rice when it is still hot, or else the rice will break down and become very sticky.
4. Add in the carrot, cucumber, organic black sesame seeds, macadamia trail mix, mala salted egg seaweed crisps, salted egg fish skin, salted egg okra crisps, a pinch of salt and pepper, ½ tablespoon of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of organic first draw soy sauce. Mix all the ingredients together.
5. After everything is mixed well, form small rice balls and you’re done. Enjoy!
