Korean Seafood Pancake by Signature Market
Jiayi is back with a mouth-watering Korean dish! This time it is Korean Seafood Pancake (해물파전 Haemul pajeon) and this dish is usually sold in traditional markets or fish markets in Korea. Go and try to make it for yourself!

Ingredients:
• Sauce Made’s Lemongrass Spicy Sauce or chili paste
• Shrimps
• Multi-Purpose Flour
• Signature Market’s Spicy Red Kimchi
• Chives
• Garlic
• Onion
• Egg
• Black Pepper
• Sea Salt
• Signature Market’s First Draw Soy Sauce
• Water
• Olive Oil
Directions:
1. First, chop 3 cloves of garlic, cut the chives, and also the kimchi.
2. Add 2 cup of multi-purpose flour into a big bowl and add a little amount of water. Mix quickly to prevent the flour to coagulate.
3. Then, add in the shrimps, chopped garlic and onions, chives, 1 egg, kimchi, sea salt, soy sauce, black pepper, and lemongrass spicy sauce into the big bowl. Add a little amount of the kimchi juice to increase the kimchi flavor. Mix all the ingredients together.
4. Heat the pan and add in drizzles of olive oil. Scoop the batter and pan-fry the batter for about 3 to 5 minutes depending on how many batter you add into the pan.
5. And the Korean Seafood Pancake is ready to serve. Enjoy!
