Chef Nick is giving you his best dip recipes! These dips are not only delicious but also healthy. So you will not feel guilty after you eat them!
Tomato Quinoa Salsa Dip
Ingredients
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 orange
- 1 tablespoon of quinoa
- Onion
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
Directions
1. Roughly chop 10 pieces of cherry tomatoes and put them in a bowl.
2. Smash 1 clove of garlic, chop it and put into the same bowl.
3. Chop just a little amount of onion to give some sweetness to the salsa.
4. Cut the orange from the side so that when you squeeze the juice there will be no seeds. After cutting it, squeeze the juice into the bowl.
5. Add 1 tablespoon of quinoa into the bowl and mix all the ingredients together.
6. Add some drizzles of extra virgin olive oil, black pepper, and salt. Mix them all and you're done!
Cream Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 1 piece of spring onion
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of cream cheese
- Signature Market Mango Tango Trail Mix
- Signature Market Macadamia Trail Mix
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
Directions
1. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of cream cheese into a bowl.
2. Roughly chop 1 piece of spring onion and add into the same bowl.
3. Add in the Mango Tango Trail Mix and Macadamia Trail Mix. Drizzle some olive oil in it and mix all the ingredients and it is ready to be served with the chips!
Onion Dip
Ingredients
- 4 pieces of onion
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- Olive oil
- Water
- 2 tablespoons of coconut nectar sugar
Directions
1. Roughly cut the onions and put them into a pan. Add some salt, black pepper, olive oil, 1 teaspoon of butter, water, and 2 tablespoons of coconut nectar sugar.
2. Cook all of them until caramelized. When it is about to be done, add a little amount of water so that the starch will be taken out from the onion.
3. After the onions are all caramelized, put into a bowl and serve it with the chips!
