Recipe: Crispy Spring Rolls with Pumpkin Floss

Not sure what to do with our pumpkin floss? No worries! Mini spring rolls filled with meat or shrimp floss is probably everyone's favourite snack during Chinese New Year. They are the crispiest munchies for this festive season. For this Chinese New Year, shall we try a healthier alternative of mini spring rolls? It is so tasty and easy to do.

INGREDIENTS:
- Signature Market's pumpkin floss
- spring roll pastry
- 1 egg, beaten
- oil


INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cut each spring roll pastry into 4.
2. Remove one spring roll sheet from the pile and place on the work surface.
3. Place half teaspoon of pumpkin floss on the spring roll sheet.
4. Fold in the two sides and roll it up tightly.
5. Seal the edges with the egg wash.
6. Once the oil is fully heated up, fry the mini spring rolls on medium heat until golden brown. It takes about 3-5 minutes.
7. Absorb excess oil with kitchen tissue.
