Chicken Shawarma Pita by Signature Market | Middle Eastern Cuisine

Chicken Shawarma Pita
Ingredients:
1. Cumin
2. Signature Market Turmeric Powder
3. Coriander
4. Garlic
5. Paprika
6. Lime Juice
7. Signature Market Ground Cayenne Pepper Powder
8. Signature Market Dark Soya Sauce
9. Skinless Chicken Thighs
10. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
11. Onions
12. Bell Peppers
13. Corn
14. Coriander
15. Lettuce
Tahini Sauce:
1. Chickpeas
2. 2 tablespoons of water
3. olive oil
4. lemon juice
5. garlic
6. cumin
7. 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Directions
1. First, soak the chickpeas overnight before cooking. Pour them onto a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes.
2. Marinate the chicken with cumin, garlic powder, paprika, Signature Market’s ground cayenne pepper powder, Signature Market’s Turmeric Powder, some Signature Market Dark Soy Sauce and a little but of olive oil. Proceed to squeeze 2 lime juices onto the chicken. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
3. Cut all of your onions and potatoes onto cubes and put in on the tray.
4. Slice up your chicken and stick them onto the rotisserie kit and lock them onto the oven.
5. With the Khind Multi Air Fryer Oven, set it into 200 degrees celsius and rotate at 20 minutes.
6. Slice up the remaining bell peppers and tomatoes and place them onto the tray. Make sure to pause the oven.
7. For the tahini sauce, place the chickpeas, 2 tablespoons of water, the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt to a food processor. Process until smooth and creamy.
8. Remember to heat up the pita bread and slice them into half. Slice the chicken bit by bit and place them along with your roasted veggies in the pita bread.
9. Enjoy the chicken shawarma pita with the tahini sauce!
