This is because acai contains a whole lot of antioxidants. Like other berries, acai are loaded with antioxidants that help boost your immune system and protect your cells against damage from free radicals. Not only that , it is also rich in fibre. Acai berries not only help in digestion , but also help keep you full and your blood sugar steady. Worried about heart related diseases ? Other than fish, nuts, and avocados , acai berry are also a great source to get enough omega-3 fatty acids. It lowers your risk of coronary heart disease and improve your cholesterol. Fruity tutty Acai Bowl
Ingredients
1 handful of frozen berry mix
1 frozen banana
1 pack of acai puree
3-4 tbsp of rolled oats
⅔ cups soy milk or rice milk (just keep it gluten-free if needed)
1 tsp of maple syrup (or honey for non-vegans)

For garnish (optional )
coconut flakes
chia seeds
fruits
mango
chopped nuts like almonds

Instructions
1. If you use a frozen pack of acai puree make sure you break it in a couple of pieces before you throw it into a blender.

2. First , peel and put the banana into the freezer for at least two hours to get it really ice-creamy.

3. Next , add all the remaining ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.

4. Finally , garnish as you wish.




Tropical Acai Bowl
Ingredients
1 ½ of cups frozen mango chunks
1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup of frozen banana chunks
Two packets (3.5 ounces or 100 grams each) of frozen unsweetened açai berry purée
1 cup of ice cold water, more if necessary
1 to 2 of tablespoons lime juice, to taste

Recommended garnishes: coconut granola, shredded unsweetened coconut, chopped nuts, chia seeds, sliced fresh banana or kiwi or other tropical fruits

Instructions
1. Combine the frozen mango, pineapple and banana into a blender . Immerse the açaí packets under warm water for about 10 seconds to let them thaw a little , then cut them open and pour the açaí pulp into the blender.

2.Next, Pour in the cold water and quickly fasten the lid securely , and start blending on the lowest speed before increasing to high speed as it becomes available. If necessary, pause the blender to scrape down the sides, then add ¼ cup to ½ cup more water if it doesn’t blend.

3.Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice for taste, and blend briefly to incorporate . After that, pour the smoothie into bowls and add in some garnishes of your choice.

4. It is recommended to serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
