Recipe: Date with Walnut 😍

Chinese labeled red dates as “the king of nuts” for their rich nutritional value. Seventy to 80 times higher in Vitamin C than grapes and apples, red dates also abound with Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron and magnesium.

Dates are a good source of various vitamins and minerals, energy, sugar, and fiber. It also contains calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and zinc.

The health benefits of walnuts include reduction of bad cholesterol in the body, improvement in metabolism, and control of diabetes. Other important health benefits of walnuts stem from the fact that these nuts possess anti-inflammatory properties, aid in weight management, and help as a mood booster. They are also believed to slow down the spread of cancer.

INGREDIENTS:
- 350g of red dates
- 300g of walnuts

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cut the red date and remove the date pit.
2. Bake the walnuts in preheated oven at 150℃ for 10 minutes. (Cool the nuts to make it more crispy).
3. Put the walnuts into the red dates.
4. Bake for 5 minutes at 150 ℃.
