Ingredients
- 20-40 grams of oatmeal
- 1 cup of fat-free milk
- ½ cup of fruit(eg. strawberries, bananas, or blueberries)
- 1 teaspoon of nuts (eg. walnuts, pine nuts, or almonds)

Directions
1. Pour milk into the oatmeal and boil it for 2 minutes.
2. Add the pre-cut fruits.
3. Sprinkle with nuts.
